Background order

All products are in stock , excludes contact lenses with Astigmatism (Toric lenses) and we send them immediately, BUT: We shall not be liable for the delay or failure in supplying a product from our site as a result of being caused by events that are beyond our reasonable control. Should any such event occur, we shall endeavor to contact you as to make a decision to whether the contract of sale should remain or revoked.

Delivery of contact lenses with Astigmatism (Toric lenses)

Each Astigmatism (Toric) contact lens brand has more than 4,500 different variations and it is impossible to keep them in stock.

Most of the orders (over 97%) are delivered in 15-20 working days.

However, there are some rare combinations of parameters where a longer time is required.

If you do not receive your lenses within 30 days (as required by law) you have the right to cancel your order.

You can notify us by email and your purchase will be refunded.

Returns

You can return the product to us within 14 days if the product has not been opened or used.

• Products that have been opened or used after delivery cannot be returned.
